Support Policy
To keep our prices as low as possible SpeedDEX XS comes with E-mail support only.  Please use the email support link at the top right corner of this page.  If you require phone support you can purchase it in single incident (one hour blocks) for $90 per hour.  You can purchase your authorization code online here.

SpeedDEX Small and SpeedDEX M-XL come with a standard phone support contract.  Call  (541)484-4876 for details.
