The DocuTRAK Imaging Service Center offers services to businesses that need help converting paper documents to searchable electronic files.  Services can be provided on either a temporary or ongoing basis.

One of the most critical aspects of any imaging project is quality control. DocuTRAK Imaging  considers all of our client documents as vital information.  The scanning process is second only to proofing of the finished product.  Scanning technicians as well as an additional staff member proof every batch that is scanned prior to delivery to our client.  Quality assurance is our highest priority.

Security
Every document that a client releases into DocuTRAK Imaging’s possession is tightly controlled and secure.   We believe that a chain of custody process is required to establish a proper disposition for a client’s vital information.  This is a step-by-step process that will follow the files from the initial pickup to delivery of the final product.  Each employee is also required to sign a confidentiality agreement.  No information is allowed to leave DocuTRAK Imaging at any time, under any circumstances.  Security levels are set in our imaging process so that only designated employees are allowed access to client information.  Backups are done on a daily basis.
