All SpeedDEX products use the same search technology, from our single user version (SpeedDEX XS) to our enterprise version (SpeedDEX XL). Finding a document using SpeedDEX is almost instantaneous. Just type in the document's index information (what it was filed by) on the left side of the screen and the matching documents will show up in the list on the right side of screen. In the following example we are searching for and displaying a human resource document that was previously filed. Once the document has been located using the search function, clicking the "Open Document" button will display an image of the document in the SpeedDEX viewer. The real power of SpeedDEX comes from the wild card search functionality. If you don't know the complete filing information ... no problem, just type in what you know with an "*" before or after the word and SpeedDEX will do the rest.
Note: The more specific search criteria the shorter the results list.
