All SpeedDEX products support text, number and date "data types". Using the correct "data type" allows the retrieval of documents to be more specific. An example would be finding a document for a specific date range versus searching for a specific invoice number or vendor name. In the example below we find the same document by using a date range, series of invoice numbers or vendor name in our search criteria. You only need to know one or the other to easily find a document in the SpeedDEX electronic filing cabinet.
